Managing Director of European Operations
In 2015, Jos joined Filta as a master franchisor for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Previously he held senior positions and was a director at other companies (including Chesskin, Belkin, and Toys R Us). Jos is an active and committed member of the Rotary Club.
Jos is responsible for Filta’s business development in Europe and the development of the European franchise network.

Maja Schneider
Marketing & PR Director
Maja has been on board since 2016. She was active for many years with her own marketing and PR agency. In 2021 she switched from self-employment to come to work exclusively for Filta.
Maja is responsible for all issues to do with advertising, the website, social media and press.

Wilfried Finke
Operations Director D/A/CH
Wilfried was a Filta franchise partner for Bremen before joining the Filta team as Operations Director. Before that, he worked for over 25 years as an independent restaurateur in the Hanseatic city and knows the Filta business from both sides. As the contact person for the franchise partners in German-speaking countries and for customers throughout Germany, he will continue to drive the successful expansion of Filta.

Kay has known the Filta business for many years. As a franchise partner, he was on board from the very beginning. Now he is part of the team and responsible for all service jobs around the new FiltaFOG Cyclone grease separator.
