Some of my noted benefits are high volume of oil recovered from the unit, no smells from the unit as a sealed unit, it's easy to operate and clean daily.
Oil-free waste water - A maximum of oil and grease is separated. That means that clear water enters the sewage system and is far less polluted than before.
Have it recycled - We can collect the separated oil and reprocess it to high-quality biodiesel. This relieves not only the burden on the ecosytem, but puts cash back in your pocket.
Reduce the amount of waste - The container in which the food scraps are collected allows water to flow through it. This reduces the amount of food scraps to be disposed of and thus the amount of waste.
